Education Services

All young people need an education but not the same one. At MJ we accept that the young people we work have probably had some disruption in their education. Our aim is to place a young person in a setting that allows the education process to be as successful as possible.

There are a number of providers in and around the Cambridgeshire area, who can individualise programmes for young people.

Our aim is to identify an appropriate resource for a young person as quickly as possible, preferably before residence begins, these is essential in establishing order and pattern in young lives allowing them to feel secure and start to recognise their worth.

We currently have an application pending to register our home, Thornberry Lodge as a school. This will further enhance the range of educational provision that is available and allow us to react even more swiftly to presenting need.
